Conference FeeThe ee is 85 EUR and is paid by a proforma invoice, which will be sent to you via an email listed in the registration. Upon payment of the proforma invoice, you will receive an electronic tax document.
Cancellation policy: in case of fee payment and a proper cancellation within 5th September 2019, the conference fee will be refunded.
The conference fee is free of charge for honoured conference guests, members of the honorary board, organisation and scientific conference committee, workers of University of Hradec Králové, students of Institute of Social Work of Faculty of Art UHK and representatives of "Accredited workplaces of professional practice for students of ISW".
AccommodationEach participant is responsible for accommodation individually. You can use the contacts listed in the web or on booking.com for accommodation in Hradec Králové. We recommend you to book in advance.
CateringLunch for the first day (12st September) is possible to order in advance via the registration. Payment for lunch (5 EUR) will be included in the proforma invoice.
Further possibilities to eat in the vicinity of the venue e.g.: CrossCafé situated in a Scientific Library, Restaurace Ferdinanda, Localis, Pasta Cook&Look, Restaurace Šatlava, Mexita, Sport cafe, s.r.o. Most of these restaurants are on the Big Square, within 10 min on foot. You can also find many more restaurants.
Social EveningSocial evening will be held on 12st September 2019 from 7 p.m. and will take place in the University of Hradec Králové, Building of Common Education.
